Les Monologues de Gaza
Théâtre Ashtar
Ashtar Theatre collected the testimonies of thirty-three young people. They tell us about their daily lives, war, childhood. They also show us the hope and strength that poetry can bring.
Political and artistic, festive and subversive, the Festival des Libertés will bring together all forms of expression from 12 to 21 October to bear witness to the situation of rights and freedoms, to incite resistance and promote solidarity.
The theme of this year’s Festival des Libertés is ‘Dominations’. How can we identify the cultural, political and institutional mechanisms that are at the origin of the creation of standards and inequalities? How can we create forces of opposition that are more democratic? How can we fight for a just and dignified future for all?
These questions will be debated and analysed during the many activities that will be presented this year for the 22nd edition of an unmissable event of the city’s committed festival scene.
