Arthur Teboul, lead singer of Feu! Chatterton, and jazz pianist Baptiste Trotignon share their love of French chanson and improvisation. Passionate about their music, the two artists draw on a vast repertoire that includes Serge Gainsbourg, Brigitte Fontaine, Georges Brassens and Barbara, all artists who have always been faithful to a certain idea of freedom. The singer and pianist offer personal, lively versions of these songs, but also create the mood: sung, said, whole or fragments. More than a tribute to French chanson, this is an invitation to freedom and poetry.
