The myth of Faust illustrates the individual anxieties and ambitions that characterize an era. Director Fabrice Murgia and cabaret artist Peggy Lee Cooper revisited the tale and have imbued it with the world of reality TV and social networks.

The curtain opens on the finale of a show in which the contestant, Faust, on the verge of losing, calls on the devil to get her back in the race. The pact she signs will help her to rise to the top, but at what price?

A blend of various influences, Alma is a sulphurous and daring show that combines the traditions of glamorous cabaret with musical comedy à l’anglaise.
