In 2019 and 2020, protests broke out in Hong Kong against the government’s amendment of its extradition law. The protesters complained that China was intervening in the country’s affairs and encroaching on their freedoms and way of life. This documentary follows the stories of four citizens who took part in the protests, coming up against police violence and exploring their motives.
