”In a world where we think we’re free, where everything seems normal and where every gesture becomes ephemeral, are we free to think for ourselves?”
Blind denounces the conscious and unconscious blindness of citizens, fed by a system that generates unattainable desires. Five dancers – from Belgium, Spain, France and Senegal – face the same story in different places around the world. Each carrying their own experience, they react in their own way. Steeped in spirituality, Krump dance acts as an outlet for their emotions, a real means of expressing their deep identity, of cultivating their heritage.
